The XVIIth was established to be a flexible Garlean FC when it comes to events. The RP events are handled more episodically rather than one major linear story arc, due to the nature of time zones and real life schedules often clashing with each other. It's hard enough to get people online at the same time, but for them to stick around long enough to attend RP events that could in theory take hours; time that people may not have or life suddenly throws something at them. So, condensing stories into episodic events helps keep things organized to the benefit of others. If you want to RP with others in the FC, just give a holler and see if there are others free to RP. All in all, it's a casual RP experience.
