Do not presume that all share the same sensibilities and moralities. 

1. It is fair to speak freely about your feelings and thoughts on the matter, for that is a healthy environment. Examples listed below.

   1. Speaking about role-plays, stories and anything else with others in the general chat (forum_domus_eburnea)

      • If one wishes to speak about personal storylines with another party, take it into DMs.

   2. When wishing to speak about sensitive topics with another party, take it into DMs or another server entirely. 

   3. Remember to read the channel name and description to properly post your items or conversation.

2. It is also fair to keep in mind about others when speaking, if one wishes to maintain a civil environment. 

   1. Humour is never the same for everyone, each and all parties have their own sensibilities. 

      • Do not take a well-meaning joke out of context and twist it to serve as a catalyst for an outburst, it will count as an offence.

   2. If one thinks their own humour is too offensive or dark for the taste of others, keep in private conversations or DMs.

   3. There is no talk of real world politics in the discord, due to the diverse range of nationalities and regions within the Discord.

      • If one wishes to speak about political matters, take into private conversation or DMS.

Be considerate and chat in the appropriate channels. 

1. It is considered bad manners to speak about a subject in a channel that is for something else entirely. Examples listed below.

   • Talking about “How Stacy needs to get with Brad” in a channel about screenshots and glamor. 

   • Posting images of pets in a food channel. Pets are not food.

   • Venting out your personal grievances in the general channel. Not everyone has to see your grievances on full display, keep it in the vent channel or in private DMs with your respective friends.

2. Do not spam in the channels to force attention onto yourself, it only serves to paint you as a nuisance and annoyance. Examples listed below.

   • Repeating the same words or passage, over and over again, only serving to flood the channel. 

   • Posting the same image, repeatedly, while not deleting previous image before and flooding the channel.

If there are disputes on the matter of what determines NSFW and SFW is to be addressed.

1. Under imagery that involves sexual or sensual context.

   1. NSFW entails that the entire or most of the body is exposed with nipples, butts and or genitals on full display. Example.

      • An image that contains a woman in sensual and or alluring pose, fully naked with nipples, ass and nether-region on full display.

      • An image that contains a man in a sensual and or alluring pose, fully naked, with groin and ass on full display.

   2. SFW entails that most of the body is clothed and only some parts are on display, such as cleavages (both male and female), swimsuit or bikinis, or underwear. 

      • An image that contains a woman in a bikini with a cleavage, exposed legs and arms on display while breast and nether-regions are covered. 

      • An image that contains a man in a speedo or loinclothe with the rest of his body exposed while the groin are covered.

   3. There is no tolerance for any sexual material regarding minors, such postings will be counted as an offence and the poster will be removed out of the Discord.

2. Under imagery that involves dark and or mature elements. 

   1. NSFW entails that there are gratuitous amounts of violence, blood, gore and other elements that involve the mutilation of a body. 

      • An image that displays a bloody mess of a body with guts and entrails spilling out. 

   2. SFW entails more of the implication of said darker elements without the need to display gratuitous amounts of blood and or body mutilation. 

      • An image that doesn’t display a bloody mess, more so the shadow of it.

If in scenario when a dispute has occurred or is on the verge of happening. 

1. Take it into the DMs, do not air your grievances and disputes for others to see, merely for the sake of dragging someone out. 

2. There will be no tolerance of an inquisitional mindset, which includes. 

   • Blatant disregard for the rules.

   • Obtuse disobedience when a moderator asks you to take into the DMs. 

   • Purposefully creating conflict when there was none. 

   • Repeat offending when asked not to repeat the offence.

If in the scenario that an offence or breach of these rules must be reported, the following actions must be taken. 

1. Provide evidence of said breach of conduct, examples of acceptable evidence listed below.

   • Unedited screenshots with clear readability of text and said breach of offence. 

   • Unedited chat logs with timestamps and names included.

2. However, not all evidence will be accepted and ignored, examples of unacceptable evidence listed below.

   • Edited screenshots with unclear readability.

   • Unedited Screenshots with unclear readability.

     • An exception will be made, if it is the only evidence of said offence.

   • Hearsay and word of mouth. 

   • Chat Logs with no names and or timestamps attached to them.

If the subject is in breach of rules and terms, the following actions will be taken. 

1. The offending event will be archived, along with evidence related to the case. 

2. The offender will then be subject to review, whether they will stay in the Discord or be removed from the Discord.

   • If the subject leaves on their own volition, then the matter will move forward onwards to the next step.

   • If the subject is part of the FC in-game, then the matter will be discussed additionally, if necessary.

3. After the offender’s case has been processed and the verdict passed, the scene of the offence will be tidied up, and the case will be considered resolved.
