General Event Structure

Any squadron, whether it be a strike team, a recovery team or even a clean up crew, must always have three major elements.
Squad Composition
1. The Squad Leader
2. The Squad
3. The Handler/The Informant
The Squad Leader is to lead the squad through the operation, they'll call the shots and if needed, request and call in for back-up or emergency evacuation.
The Squad, no matter what composition must always be present. After all, a leader is nothing without their squad. The Squad can consist of any members that the Squad Leader or command deems fit for the task.
Finally, the Handler/Informant, an irreplaceable . The constant flow of information, request and logistics. There is never a moment when a need for back-up arises or an emergency extraction.
Event/operation Examples

Rescue Operations
In a rescue operation, whether there be hostages, prisoners or figures that are of importance, they must be returned home safely. If the escort/extraction target is then killed whether it be by the enemy or by our hand, then it is down to the Handler and the Squad Leader to decide whether or not to evac out, or change priority of the Operation.
Assassination Operations
Fairly simple, it is an operation that requires the removal of an individual. However, easier said than done, given that this falls under the classification of a stealth operation. However, stealth is optional, but it is preferable that the target be exterminated with no trail.
Clean Up Operations
No matter what operation, there is always a trail that is left behind. We cannot afford any trail back to us. It doesn't matter who is at the site, evidence must be reclaimed or destroyed, including witnesses as well. The more unfavorable operation, but a necessary evil to keep our people safe and our operations secure.
Sabotage Operations
There are times when there must be a premeditated attacks to ensure that there is a guarantee for knocking out enemy strengths before the battle has begun. Success will be rewarded with a swifter battle, but failure will incur that we organize a rescue operation.
Scorched Earth Operations
Simple, everything must be destroyed in the designated and affected area. No survivors, no witnesses, no prisoners. This operation is only ever utilized under extreme and severe circumstances.
